Prime numbers are a consistent predictable world that follow a small set of simple algorithms. They are not really “mysterious", "magical", "musical", or "random-like” in any way! The sieve is shifted to a vertical two-column array which is computer-friendly in any size universe. All Prime numbers are self identifying. Factoring is never used. Three Prime numbers and their multiples account for over half of all odd numbers and may be SID by position. Four Prime numbers establish a model for the foundation and structure of the entire universe. The multiples of ALL prime numbers occur in cycles of the same number of elements, but differ in SID sequences.

Prime numbers that occur in the same sequence are related. The length of all cycles are predictable by a universal constant. “Gaps” rule over “Primes” (as in the egg before the chicken). Prime numbers are predicted in batches and these in turn yield further batches ad infinitum. The world of Prime numbers is neither random or normally distributed. A proper description might be “sequential layers". Bases may be arranged in vertical or horizontal arrays. Twin Primes seem popular as they are easy to "see". That part is true enough, but they have little value as a useful tool in predicting Prime numbers.
